Full Stack JavaScript Developer (On-site)

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack JavaScript Developer to collaborate with our team in building and maintaining several plugins. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JavaScript, with expertise in both frontend and backend development. This is an on-site position located at our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other developers to design and implement plugins for various projects.
  • Develop and maintain frontend and backend components using JavaScript technologies.
  • Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
  • Integrate plugins seamlessly with WordPress.
  • Implement and customize JavaScript functionalities within WordPress plugins.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in JavaScript development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks like Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Prior experience with WordPress development and plugin implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a JS and it’s libraries, specializing in React, or Vue.js.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, with a solid foundation in mathematics for effective problem-solving within the WordPress ecosystem.

Additional Information

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Salary: 20K to 38K depending on experience and qualifications. However, for exceptionally skilled and experienced candidates, we are open to extending the salary range.

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputable university, with a preference for English-medium institutions.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, with a strong emphasis on candidates who have acquired their education primarily in English-medium environments
